NFHS Learning Center - Honor Roll School Requirements:

Level 1

In order to be recognized at Level 1, all head and assistant coaches must have completed the following courses:

• Fundamentals of Coaching 
• Concussion in Sports
• Protecting Students from Abuse
• Sudden Cardiac Arrest

Level 2

In order to be recognized at Level 2, all head and assistant coaches must have completed the courses required for Level 1, as well as the following courses:

• First Aid, Health and Safety
• Sport-Specific course
• Heat Illness Prevention
• Student Mental Health and Suicide Prevention

Level 3

In order to be recognized at Level 3, all head and assistant coaches must have completed the courses required for Levels 1 and 2, as well as the following courses:

• Bullying, Hazing and Inappropriate Behaviors
• Strength and Conditioning
• Teaching and Modeling Behavior
• Engaging Effectively with Parents
• Sportsmanship
